Description: I believe that I have earned a reputation as a skilled, persuasive, fair and trusted Mediator for Bankruptcy Court disputes and non-bankruptcy matters as well. I enjoy serving as a Mediator and take my role very seriously by vigorously striving to help parties achieve settlements through my Mediations for and with them. I don't give up easily. Upon request, I can provide a list of references who may be consulted for their views of my Mediator services on a confidential basis. I am open to conducting Mediations on a reduced fee or pro bono basis when appropriate for the situation.

Training: Bankruptcy Court and District Court Mediation training. Advanced Mediation training in Washington, D.C. I'm a Board member of the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania and participate in training through it. I often train less experienced Mediators by having them participate with me as pro bono Co-Mediators, my theory being that there's no better way to learn how to be a Mediator than to "do" Mediations.
