Description: I have been practicing bankruptcy law for approximately fifteen years and have represented corporate debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditor committees, chapter 7 trustees, post-confirmation plan administrators and other entities involved in bankruptcy proceedings and bankruptcy/collection related litigation. I have served as a mediator in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. I have a practical and business focused approach to the practice of law and believe that this allows me to get to the crux of a dispute and to be an effective mediator.

Training: Successfully completed required District Court mediation training. I also attend mediation-focused CLE presentations in order to stay abreast of current developments and continue to improve my mediation skills.
