I worked with Mary Reitmeyer, P.C. as an associate attorney and for Mary Reitmeyer, Chapter 7 trustee, as Counsel for the Trustee. My bankruptcy practice includes both debtor and creditor work and representation of 'neutral parties' interested in purchasing estate assets. My most recent bankruptcy practice as an attorney have been concentrated in credit card and other creditor matters. I am regularly involved in collection matters and landlord/tenant matters. I have had recent cases as a co-mediator in Bankruptcy Court and as mediator in the Western District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. I have acted as a mediator in the Western District Court of Pennsylvania. Training: In the mid 1990's, I entered a training program in preparation for work as custody mediator. Training was provided by the Allegheny County Court System. I worked for Allegheny County Family Court as a pro bono custody mediator. Most recently, my training included attendance in 2012 to 'Effective Decision-Making and Negotiation for Advanced Negotiation and Mediation Training' through the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania.
