Description: I am a partner and co-manager in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group of Bernstein-Burkley, P.C. I handle commercial, consumer, and real estate bankruptcy matters. I am certified by the American Board of Certification in consumer bankruptcy and a member of the standards committee for the ABC. I am the past Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA) Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section. I currently serve as the Vice Chair of the Finance and Investment Committees for the ACBA. I also serve as the Vice-President of Membership for the Pennsylvania Creditors Bar Association. A member of the American Legal and Financial Network. I am the Chair of the ALFN’s Bankruptcy Committee and a member of Legal League 100.
