I am a currently a Bankruptcy Attorney and Panel Trustee in the Western District of Pennsylvania who serves in both Chapter 7 and 11 cases. I also serve on the Panel of Chapter 11 Sub Chapter V Trustees. I also represent Debtors and Creditors. Since my appointment to the Panel of Trustees in 2004, I have conducted over five thousand (5,000) Meetings of Creditors and I regularly negotiate and resolve disputes between the parties. As a Trustee, I find myself serving as a "neutral" in many instances and as an advocate in others. I believe that my practice as a Trustee and Debtor's and Creditor's counsel allows me to have a balanced approach, see all parties' perspectives and understand all parties' true interests which facilitates resolutions between the parties. Training: I have completed the mediation training program at the Lancaster Mediation Center in Lancaster, PA and have attended numerous CLE programs that have reviewed the tenets of mediation.
