Description: With more than 25 years' experience in the areas of debtors' and creditors' rights, emphasizing both business and consumer insolvency/bankruptcy law and out-of-court workouts and business transactions, together with the formal mediation training provided by the Federal Bar Association, my skills allow me to assist parties in reaching resolution of a variety of disputes.
