Description: My practice has primarily involved the representation of corporate debtors, secured creditors, and unsecured creditor committees in business reorganization proceedings. I have also been extensively involved in commercial loan work-outs, bankruptcy-related and commercial litigation, and general collection matters. Additionally, I have represented debtors and creditors in consumer matters. I have a grounded approach to my practice that allows me to provide perspective to those parties with whom I come in contact. Furthermore I am proud to have been recognized in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine as a Super Lawyer in 2020-2023 and a Rising Star in 2008-2016 and in Best Lawyers in America in 2018-2023 for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights and Bankruptcy Litigation, and to have received the AV Distinguished rating from Martindale-Hubbel.

Training: In December 2014, I received a certificate of completion for the ABI/St. John's University 40-hour Bankruptcy Mediation Training program. Since then I have completed numerous mediations as mediator and/or co-mediator to further my experience and expertise, as well as participating as an attorney in a number of mediations. I also continue to attend CLE seminars and study secondary materials in an effort to stay knowledgeable and hone my skills as a mediator. Most recently I have completed the following CLE courses: PLI, Considering Alternatives to Trial: Alternative Dispute Resolutions and Mediation, Negotiation Skills Essentials 2024, PLI, Mediation: How a Mediator Can Promote Settlement and Still Remain Neutral, Securities Arbitration 2024.
