These fees are in effect as of November 1, 2012
Specific filing fees are charged when certain documents are filed in the case. There are also fees for specific services performed by the Clerk's Office. The following fees are the most common fees that may need to be paid by parties to the bankruptcy case:

* The approved increase in the notice of appeal fee necessitates that the supplemental direct appeal fee be reduced to ensure that the total fee for filing a direct appeal does not exceed the established appellate filing fee of $450.
