Notice to Customers Making Payment by Check
Payments for fees and services may be made by check, money order, cash or credit card/debit card. Personal and business checks and credit card payments from current debtors in bankruptcy cases are not accepted. Cash is only accepted in person at the intake counter at the Clerk’s Office and may not be mailed to the Court or submitted in the dropbox. Please write checks and money orders for the exact amount due.
