The court has four judges: the Honorable Thomas P. Agresti, the Honorable Judith K. Fitzgerald, the Honorable Jeffery A. Deller and the Honorable Carlota M. Böhm.

Chief Judge Agresti is in Erie. The other judges are in Pittsburgh.

Pittsburgh has four courtrooms: A, B, C, and D. Erie and Johnstown each have one courtroom.
