Some Web browsers have a PDF viewer built in to the product. These PDF viewers may not support complex PDF documents. When opening a fillable PDF document with a built in PDF viewer you may see the message  "The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher” or the form may not open.

To open the fillable Local Form 10 in your PDF editor (Adobe Acrobat or other), right click the PDF icon on the Local Forms page and choose “Save Link As” or "Save target as" and browse to a folder on your PC or network and click Save. Then open the downloaded form using your PDF editor program.
