Logins to the CM/ECF system can be obtained after the following requirements have been fulfilled:

1. Logins are currently given only to attorneys.
    
2. An attorney must be admitted to the Bar of the Western District of PA, or Pro Hac Vice on a specific case.
    
3. An attorney must:
   
   1. Attend training in this Court or U.S. District Court.
       
   2. Have been granted a login to any Federal Court's CM/ECF system.

Once all of these conditions have been met, visit https://pacer.uscourts.gov/register-account/attorney-filers-cmecf to register electronically.
