Photographing, recording, and broadcasting Judge Böhm’s hearings in any manner is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No person shall employ any device in order to capture, disseminate, or duplicate the video or audio content of the proceedings pending before Judge Böhm. Any party found to have violated this prohibition may be subject to sanctions including, but not limited to, monetary sanctions or the suspension of electronic filing privileges.
